Classlio is developed by TechIt ("we", "us", or "our") as a professional attendance management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Classlio.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Data Stored Locally (Offline)

Most information you enter into Classlio remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. This includes:

• Student names, roll numbers, class names, and attendance records.
• Attendance statistics and efficiency metrics.
• School or institution names and logos used for report customization.

B. Subscription & Payment Information

Classlio uses RevenueCat to manage Pro subscriptions.

• Payments: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play.
• Identifiers: RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID and subscription status to verify your Pro entitlement.
• Payment Information: We do not receive or store your payment card or bank account information.

C. Google Drive Backup (Pro Feature)

If you enable Cloud Backup:

• The app requests permission to access your Google Drive account.
• Only the drive.appdata folder is used.
• Classlio cannot access your personal files, photos, or documents.
• Your backups remain stored in your own Google Drive account.
• We never access or store your backup files.

D. Third-Party Advertising

The free version of Classlio displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

• AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve advertisements.
• Users in supported regions are presented with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form.

2. Biometric Authentication (App Lock)

If you enable App Lock, authentication is performed entirely by Android's system biometric framework. We never receive, collect, or store your fingerprint, face scan, or other biometric information.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: Remove all local information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
• Google Drive Backups: You may delete backup files from your own Google Drive account at any time.
• Subscription Data: You may contact us if you wish to request deletion of subscription-related information processed through RevenueCat where applicable.

4. Children's Privacy

Classlio is intended for educators and professionals and is not directed toward children. Educators may enter student names and attendance information while using the app. This information is stored locally on the device or, if Cloud Backup is enabled, within the user's own Google Drive account. We do not collect, access, sell, or use student data for our own purposes.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
